Chinese New Year shutdown

Applied automatically to every China-made supplier (toggle per manufacturer below) — Henan and Exel share one window. The CNY date is fixed each year; these two figures bracket it into the factory blackout. Manufacturing pauses for the window; goods already shipped are unaffected.
